I did two hill runs over the weekend.
57 minutes on Saturday, 45 minutes on Sunday.
I'm going to work out twice during the week and run both days this weekend coming.
I love exercise - running, working out in the gym or outdoors.... I am a fan of Fitness. Next step - Healthy Eating and Living!

21 day challenge hmmn? I'll have a look at what you guys did last time and see if I can. If it entails having fruits like the last time you guys did it, then I may not be able to join you - (fruits arent allowed on Atkins)

How are you and how is training? Have u and Vickii had a thought about where your next half marathon will be yet?
CG... can you have veg on Atkins? If you can, then you can have veg instead of fruit for the 21 day challenge...
I am fine, I don't think Vickii and I are doing any half marathon this year because we didn't get free entry into another race after ours was cancelled, lucky you :-)
We'll probably end up doing the Regents Park Winter 10k races.
How are you?
I need to start work on my 10k paces so I might just register for those winter races.
OK. I'm up for the 21 day challenge.
