Thank God for this!!! I started my jogging yesterday and I though it was going to be easy... I was WRONG.

I woke up this morning and my thighs were H-U-R-T-I-N-G, I thought to myself, "Was I riding a man all night during a sex marathon?" I WISH!!! Then I remembered Saturday morning and the beginning of my road to fitness.

For you guys out there who are mighty fit, please think about your unfit days... I know my 1st week looks so easy but it SO ISN'T, for me sha!!!

I saw a couple of women at the salon who said they were going to be running the Race For Life as well...

13.1 Mile Run!!!

WTF have I gotten myself into? My workmate approached me and told me that the company will pay for my entry £22 into a 13.1 mile run in September and since I am training for the Race For Life, I will be halfway there by July...

Guess what I did... I AGREED!!!

Let's all hope and pray I am successful in July so that I can look forward to 13.1 miles!!!! OMG!!!!!

Day 1 - Rest

TMinx suggested 2ce that I should post my fundraising page... I will do that in due time.

I mentioned that I was going to do this to my friends and a friend of mine was so interested that she signed up right away! That means I might have a training partner... woohoo!!!

For my first week, cos I am so unfit, it hurts, I've been advised to do this:

Week One
Day 1 Rest
Day 2 Run 1 min, walk 1 min. Do 10 times
Day 3 Rest
Day 4 Run 2 mins, walk 4 mins. Do 5 times
Day 5 Rest
Day 6 Rest
Day 7 Run 2 mins, walk 4 mins. Do 5 times


So... Friday (today) is my Day 1. So I should have a new post on saturday or Sunday :-)

My fitness regime starts this weekend... I have it all planned out and I am running for a charity in the summer so I better get my FITNESS ON!!!!
