DAY 15
Yeah, I am still feeling sorry for myself cos I think I have the flu... Baby Buki :-(

Breakfast: Muesli
Snack: Snack Bar
Lunch: Stir fried Plantain, Chopped Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Red and Green Peppers, Mixed Vegetables and Frankfurters..... YUMMMM
Snack: Loads of citrus - oranges and satsumas
Dinner: Don't know yet.

Exercise: Nothing...
