Wednesday - Day 1 of 4

I just got back from jogging, sweating like a Monkey (lol!).

I went for almost 40 minutes... wasn't bad at all, a number of men were blowing their horns at me - hahaha!!! I guess that was motivation to keep on jogging so that I can be even hotter! I am FUNNY!!!

The plan is to jog Thursday, Friday and Saturday/Sunday.

I'll report back tomorrow.

I did my first fartlek yesterday ... ran up and down a small hill 7 times. I only lasted 22 minutes but my thighs and bum are killing me today! I went running for 35 minutes today and I'm planning on going for a long run on sunday and one other day in between!

Let me know if you think you can do Sunday!

Sunday should be okay!

I think I will do the interval training tomorrow cos it felt like I was running a bit slow today.

Then another 30-45 minute run on Friday!

Miss Hatt buki!! nice one! I tried to post a comment yesterday but mennn beta blogger or whatever its called pissed me off! It wouldnt let me imagine! Anyways, good job running. Did 50 mins on Monday and 35 yesterday so we'll see how Sat morn goes!

Well Done, 50 minutes! Haven't run that long since the race! Might do a long run on Sunday...

I am going for a 30-45 minute run tonight and tomorrow lunchtime.

Report back on Saturday or Sunday oh! LOL!!!
