Vickii and I jogged for 6 minutes to warm up.
Ran a set distance HARD and walked a shorter distance(TEN times).
We cooled down after this with a short jog.
I love exercise - running, working out in the gym or outdoors.... I am a fan of Fitness. Next step - Healthy Eating and Living!
