Just got back from a tempo run...
- I warmed up for about 8/9 minutes, jogging at an easy pace.
- I picked up my pace to about 70% of my quickest(full on sprint) for THREE minutes.
Slowed down for THREE minutes
I did this 3 times
- Cooled down by jogging at an easy pace.
Ofcourse I stretched. My sides and my shoulders are sore - a result of my home workout yesterday. I might do a home workout tomorrow, a different one.
