LOL!

I did a 50 minute home workout this morning because the 40 minute workout I did last night didn't feel right... lol! Excuses!

Here's to more and more years of running, working out and keeping fit! :-)
Take care all

My dear girls, how are you all doing? I have missed you all! Okay, you all know how hard I was working out before I left for Naija, started sometime in the middle of march and left for naija the 16th of June. I started off with Buki's schedule and and the 21 day diet which really helped me to get my eating habits in order. I wanted to write a really long summary for all I did, but as una know, na Warri I dey, so bear with me. I have not weighed myself since I arrived naija, but i am still on my diet, I am not training as often but I try to do something for 20mins everyday, its the best I can do considering the environment. Okay, total weight lost: 15 kilos! I estimate that I lost about a kilo every week, which I thought was quite slow at first, but now, I am happy with the way everything went. I really hope I do not put on weight while I am here, I am sticking to chicken, fish and beans, lots of veg and fruits. Okay babes, sorry for this being so late. I love you all, keep up the good work and when I come back, I ll join in again! Buki, happy birthday, lots of love to your mum!

Great stuff! Really impressed with the weight loss. As a personal trainer I am always around people who need to lose weight and you are living proof that it can be done. Please have a look at my websites www.thetjfblog.com for some free advice about fitness and health and www.tjfpersonaltraining.com. Hopefully there will be some article on there that will be of interest to you. Good luck and keep it up!
