DAY 13
Breakfast: Muesli
Snack: Haven't had anything yet
Lunch: Potatoes and Chicken
Snack: Fruit and yoghurt
Dinner: Roast vegetables
Exercise: 30 minute run... squats(40), body lifts(40), ab exercises(3 different ones, 20 reps each)

I havent had internet access for a long while. Not been faithful to the challenge also. Thanks for asking after me. I've been OK.
Will be more faithful this next week although I still think my posting will be a wee bit erratic. Cheers.
I've been keeping up with the workouts but the eating has been a problem for me. That I really have to work on! Buki well done o :)
