DAY 12
Breakfast: Muesli
Snack: Pear and a Banana
Lunch: Ham and Tomato Panini
Snack: 2 Satsumas and a Pear
Dinner: Rice and Chicken
Exercise: 40 minute walk (total) to and from the station :-(
I love exercise - running, working out in the gym or outdoors.... I am a fan of Fitness. Next step - Healthy Eating and Living!
