DAY 10

Breakfast: Bagel and Milk(Was hungry so I bought a plain bagel from Sainsburys and some milk)
Snack: Breakfast wasn't filling so I had a very small cup of muesli and fruit.
Lunch: Same as yesterday
Snack: Pear and an Orange
Dinner: Gonna have to be a salad

Exercise: God give me strength... body doesn't feel right. I can't say I am ill because I am not but I just don't feel right. I'll see... I am seriously thinking about working out in the mornings like I used to before, it wakes me up and I don't have to worry about working out after a long day at work....
