I ran 100 metres, then jogged back 100 metres... TEN times. I didn't realise how hard it was gonna be cos i have jogged and walked before... BUT running and jogging is hard work.

When I was done, I felt like I had run for an hour. I was sweating buckets!!!

Apparently, Raising and Lowering your heart rate continuously is good for increasing fitness and weight loss... so I will be doing this once a week and jogging 2ce a week.

My dear blog pals and readers... I urge you to includes some form of exercise in your life. It's good for your heart, etc.... LOL!!!

Seriously though, it feels good to be fit and (kinda) healthy!
