RunLondon is on Sunday the 8th of October! I am excited... it's about 2 and a half weeks away. It's a 10k race and I put down an hour on the website for my time, I really really want to finish it in 50 minutes!
Early in the week of the race, I will only jog once. Last week when I pulled a muscle, I couldn't jog or train all week. On Saturday, after a long break from jogging, I was full of energy - so now I understand why we've been advised to rest on the week of the race.
I have been feeling sleepy/tired for about a week now. A couple of my friends have said I should either take a complete break from jogging or I should not run as often as I am at the moment.
So... after the race, for about a month, I will be jogging 2ce a week. One of these days might be dedicated to training, I don't know just yet!
