This is the only picture of me 'In Action' that was taken... I was sprinting to the finish :-)

I have just signed up for a 10k race on the 3rd of December.

I am resting all week... I'll go jogging on Saturday morning and will be working on increasing my pace because my target is still 1 hour (or less). I have almost 2 months to train so that is a reasonable target, I think.

You look like you're really going for it! Well done again!

I'm considering the 10k in December but I'm asking myself if I really want to do a race in the middle of winter... hmmm.

@Soul LOL! Thanks... when I was done sprinting and I had crossed the finish, I thought I was gonna collapse oh!

@1982 Thanks :-)

I know right? - I told a friend I was doing the race in December and he asked me if I know how it feels to run in the winter? LOL!!! Oh well... I'll be jogging so hopefully I'll have some winter jogging experience by the time the race comes up.

Thanks Noni Moss :-) It's true! I look like I was flying... at this point I felt like I was... a few seconds later, when I'd crossed the finish, I thought I was gonna COLLAPSE!!!

Well, Buki I must say your legs look darned good for someone who exercises as often as you do. If I were a fitness fanatic like you, my 'isu' would have been as big as the ones they farm in Ondo state. Leg envy, leg envy! LOL. Seriously, though, are your calves naturally like that or is it the stretches that help (cos I heard that if you stretch a lot before and after it helps).
By the way, I like this blog.. makes me feel like taking a jog around the block!

@CalabarGal LOL!!! Thank you oh!
@Daddy's Girl Thank you :-) I do stretch when I am done, I don't know if my legs are naturally like that. Maybe they are ;-)
