I went running on Monday morning and I should be doing the Interval Training tomorrow morning... I am so so not looking forward to it.

As I am running hard, all I can think about is getting to the end so I can rest for a minute or so before starting again! Trying to get fit is hard, then fitter - Buki why???

Lolll!!! I completely feel you! Though you're not trying to get fit, because you already are, you're trying to get even fitter! And it might be hard hun, but how great is the feeling when you finish a run or interval session that you know you wouldn't have been able to manage a few months ago!

I know right - you're already fit - just trying to get fitter. Seems like running has become a part of you oh and something longterm right?? ITs good jare to keep on being healthy! Go LondonBuki Go! Interval training and all loll

@1982 True... it does feel good after! That's the keyword - AFTER. While I am doing it, I am thinking I could be relaxing and eating while watching TV. LOL!!!

I feel like, if I don't challenge myself, I won't get as much a work out as I want (Is that correct English? LOL!).

Yes! Running is Buki and Buki is Running! HaHa! I am a joker! Seriously though, I am going to stick to it.
