Just got back... it was fun... BUT I won't lie - the press-ups and tricep dips were H-A-R-D!!!

I wasn't in the best of moods when I got home, this helped me get a bit of it(what was on my mind) out of my system.

I think I'll do this once a week...

I want to try out the bootcamp work out ... where did you do your pushups and tricep dips?

I did 35 minutes endurance training this morning ... ran up and down the hill 7 times, did some stepups on a higher step (a little wall) and each time I got to the bottom of the hill, I alternated between squats and lunges. I know I'm going to be acheing tomorrow!

Two people asked me if I was training for the marathon ... yay, I look like a marathon runner!

We should set a date to start the 21 day challenge ... I was thinking beginning of april?

@Vickii My press-ups I did right in front of my house and the tricep dips, a raised surface near my house. You can use what you use for your steps for your tricep dips.
Wow!!! I think I will try your endurance training on Sunday! Tell me more about it please!
I am sure you will ache... cos my arms(esp. triceps HURT!!!).
You must have looked dedicated and full of energy this morning, you marathon runner you :-)
Beginning of April sounds GOOD. And I'll blog everyday, you leave comments on days you can?

Okay ... April 1st is going in my diary, it's going to be hardcore but we can do it!

Yup, I'm 25 tomorrow ... imagine!

I started off with about 3 minutes of step ups, then I ran down the hill and when I got to the bottom, did 20 lunges on each leg, next time I got to the bottom I did 20 squats and so on for 7 lengths of the hill. You can add other stuff as well. Oh and I did another 3 minutes of step ups halfway through.
