DAY 18
**It's almost over!!!*

1. Breakfast - Fruit and Fibre
2. Snack - Strawberries
3. Lunch - Chicken from Nandos
4. Snack - Fruit
5. Dinner - Rice, Plantain and chicken

Exercise: This morning...
Dumbell Workout
-Forward Curls
-Bench Presses
-Kneeling One Arm Rows
-Side Raises

**REMEMBER: Eat FIVE times a day... Snack in between meals. Don't go too long without eating something. Try to drink at least 2 litres of water each day at regular intervals not all in one go. Try not to drink hot chocolate (only if you grow the cocoa in your back garden! LOL!!), coffee or tea (you can have herbal and green tea)**

Would it be possible to have a write up of how you guys felt before the 'challenge' i.e. your moods, how you felt about your body, your health e.t.c. and how you feel now?

Are there any bits of the challenge which you feel you will incorporate into your daily lives will you be doing this again?
