Home Workout

Thursday, May 24, 2007

Did a home workout yesterday... lasted about 50 minutes. I thought I'd wake up aching today because it felt so painful yesterday... I woke up ok.
I am sleeping better now but it feels like I need 2 more hours of sleep then I'll be okay. The weekend's round the corner anyway.

The plan for this evening is - interval training. I want to do that today so I can do a home workout tomorrow and a long run on Saturday.

Well done on your home workout yesterday! I like them because I can really feel it!

I'm probably not going to work out now till saturday but I'm even considering working out morning and evening on saturday. Spinning and maybe half an hour of tempo runs in the morning and a 45 minute run in the evening but I'll see. Definitely having sunday off though.

Do you know what time our race is yet?

Hey whats up! I always read your blogs but hardly leave comments! I did ask what muesli was though :) Just ignore the people that decide to run their mouths or hands without thinking! Take it easy and don't let them upset you! There are tons of people that comment on your blog because they luv you and they care. Have a wonderful weekend. All the best in your race!

Best Wishes to you and Vickii. They say Monday is going to be a bit on the wet side.

@Waffarian: 30 minutes! I'm solidly behind you in the beginners club. LOL!! I ran 18 minutes last weekend and I was ecstatic. Today my maximum was 10 minutes each time but I'll see how things go during our saturday and sunday run. Keep it up! lol!!
