I did a 20 minute home work out this morning. I don't think I got out on the right side of my bed today. I felt tired and I wanted to sleep for three more hours :-(
I jogged on the spot for 5 minutes, to warm up.
4-5 dumbell exercises(incl. bicep curls)
Squats
Sit-ups
Back raises
Jogged on the spot to cool down.
Very short but effective, for me. I think I'll power walk with my leg weights tomorrow.

If I said you are my personal trainer or my virtual trainer, I wouldnt be far from the truth. (smile)
Based on this post, I did 3 sets of 30 bicep curls, 20 squats, 100 sit ups today. Resolved to make them all a daily routine and try to stick to it.
