Sunday's Run Round The Park

I started out too late today... My plan was to run for 1hr 30 minutes today BUT I could only run for just over 1 hour... because I have a lot to do today.

It was a really good run in a park near my friend's house... there were a lot of dogs(I don't like at all, I was able to ignore them... it was hard) but it was nice. When I was done, I knew I had another 45minutes to an hour in me but... no time.

Next weekend.... 1 hour 30 minutes +

Hi buki, yesterday, I finally "measured" my track, the one I run every other day. As you know, I am now up to 35 minutes(no be God we thank?), anyway, it was 4.83 kilometers! I was surprised almost 5kilometers! I had to make sure my eyes were not decieving me! I was so happy, anyway, I am planning to continue going further amd further each day, the 10kilometer race is in august so I think I have time to slowly build up to 10 kilometers. Also, I have still not touched alcohol since we did our 21 day challenge(i do miss my white wine though) and I don't think I will untill I reach my weight target. I will share how much I have lost with you just before I travell. Its going to be a big surprise. Anyway, just wanted to keep you up to date. Vicki, what's up?

Well done!!! 5k in just over 35 minutes is very very good. You'll definitely be ready for your 10k in August!

Please don't forget to share how much weight you've lost before you go to Nig. o! Please!

Well Done, Waffarian. Didnt know you were preparing for a race too. Good Luck with it. Hope your speed, stamina and endurance improves tremendously before the D-Day. When are you leaving for naija?

Its nice to have you all in this fitness fight and I just love the way we encourage each other. That helps so, so much.
