Interval Training

Just got back from interval training.

Warmed up for 9 minutes.
Ran a short distance (80% of my best), then walked a shorter distance - Did this 10 times.
Cooled down for 5 minutes.

I must admit my shoulders hurt right now. I thought I stretched enough after my home workout yesterday... obviously I was wrong.

Plan is to go for a long run tomorrow...

It is beautiful outside, i have not run for two days, been going to weightlifting class, plan to run today but I am so lazy!!!!!!I ll wait small!
