Interval Training

Vickii and I did this today... we did very well!

We warmed up(jogged slowly) for just under 10 minutes.
We ran(we did not run too fast, probably 70% of our fastest. We took longer strides and picked up our paces) 100m
Jogged 100m (TEN times)
Cooled down(jogged slowly) for 10 minutes.

It took us about 50 minutes, in total... We did really well cos we did not walk at all...

I can't lie, this was tough and I would happily have stopped after 8 laps if you didn't convince (force me under duress) to continue lol!Funnily enough, I feel completely fine today. Oh and I didn't do anything this morning and I don't think I will today.

Yeah it was really tough, wasn't it? I wouldn't have minded stopping halfway o! It was not a joke!

Under Duress? Me? Sweet, innocent, kind ME?

I didn't do anything on Monday either... After our SERIOUS weekend? No way!
