For this week:

Monday - Rest
Tuesday Evening - Home workout(1 hour) - Only did 30 minutes.
Wednesday Evening - Home workout(30 minutes) - Did a 25 minute workout
Thursday evening - 30 minute run

Friday - Rest
Saturday - Long Run in the park( ~1 hour 40 minutes)
Sunday - Training

I ate really well yesterday - 5 portions of fruit and I ate often during the day. My treat yesterday was 3 squares of dark chocolate.
Today I am doing okay so far... It's someone's birthday so I had a slice of weightwatcher's cake... LOL!

How is your training plan going Buki? Did you work out last night? Between today and tomorrow, I want to do a one hour home workout and go for a hill run. I'll let you know how I do!

Did you do your home workout yesterday Buki? I did 40 minutes starting with 10 minutes of step ups.

I didn't go for a hill run this morning but I'll go after work. I've even decided I'll brave a route I always struggle with and do it twice which normally takes me about 55 minutes.

@Mochafella I try to do the same but when I start eating, it's hard to stop... :-(
The guy at work brought weightwatchers cake and me I was trying to be good! Someone brought freshly baked fruit cake to work... it is HARD work ignoring o!

@Vickii Well done! Keep me posted... I am ready for the LONG weekend run.
Yeah I did a 25 minute home workout yesterday... I am trying to find a hill to run tonight.
