Quick Update

On Wednesday - I jogged for 25 minutes, 40 lunges, 40 squats and ab exercises

On Saturday - 45 minute home workout

On Sunday - I power walked for 45 minutes (5.5km), 40 squats and ab exercises.

I've not had a lot of access to the internet but everything should be back to normal next week.

How's everyone doing?
