Hey ... I am ill. I can't do any exercise until I feel 100% better so I might have to start the 21 day challenge later...

Do you want to carry on or start when I am well enough?

Hey, I haven't been here in a minute...I am so pissed off, my knee has been hurting for about 3 mths now, and I was going to do the ATL half but I have not been getting my miles in...hope you feel better, just what did you catch in your travels...

I actually would luv to quit my daytime gig and become a personal trainer....

Did you see ur mum today. Been praying for her...take care and God Bless.
