DAY 3
My legs hurt ONLY cos of my 2 home workouts on Days 1 and 2. On Monday, I used ankle weights for a home workout...
I am eating almost the same thing all week cos I cook for the week...
I walk 20 minutes to work, from the train station and back, Monday to Friday... that's more exercise for me :-)

Breakfast: Muesli
Snack: A Pear and an Apple
Lunch: Fried Rice and Chicken
Snack: Fruit and yoghurt
Dinner: Chicken Salad

Exercise: 30 minute home workout... My 'The Real Woman's Personal Trainer' arrived today so maybe I'll find a new workout in it :-)
