DAY 6

Went for a 1hour 11minute run(very hilly) today.

Breakfast: Muesli and a Banana
Snack: A Banana
Lunch: Rice, Vegetables and Chicken(no more rice for the rest of the challenge, LOL!)
Snack: Fruit and yoghurt
Dinner: Chicken

Exercise: 1 hour 11 minute hilly run.

I really have to go shopping, so from monday, I'll do better, I promise! Had roasted chicken at lunch, then had whole grain pasta for dinner. For execise I rode my bike.
