Lunch: Potatoes and chicken

Dinner: Mmmmm... not sure
Exercise: I don't think I will run today, I will do a home workout.

Had whole grain pasta for lunch, for dinner, I had one of those nutrient suppliment drinks (like slimfast stuff), I still have not done my shopping. For my exercise, I took a long walk. I have been slacking this time around, but from tmrw, no more slacking. Ill run in the morning and then buy lots of vegetables! Good luck girls!
