:-( I must admit I did not workout yesterday.. .I got back from my Mummy, my tummy was still hurting from the meaty lunch I had... excuses, excuses!

Breakfast: As always, Muesli and Banana
Snack: An Apple and a Banana
Lunch: Stir fried potatoes, chopped sausages, chopped tomatoes, peppers and chicken...
Snack: Fruit
Dinner: Not sure yet

Exercise: Definitely a home workout with skipping(jump rope) at intervals.
