WeightWatchers Week 7

I've lost 11 pounds... I am not very comfortable with losing 2.5 weeks each week these past couple of weeks... so my aim is to maintain this weight this week...

DAY 1(Friday)
I'm not starting this week well... It doesn't help that I think I have food poisoning today so I haven't eaten enough...

Breakfast
Cereal, milk and juice(This was a struggle)
Points: 4.5

Lunch
Parma Ham and Salad Sandwich

Points: 5

Dinner
Regular Nandos Fries(Just couldn't get myself to eat meat or chicken or fish or asaro... needed to eat something simple and dry.
Points: 4

Extras
Apple: 0.5 pt
WW Yoghurt: 0.5 pt
Clementine: 1 pt

TOTAL: 15.5(I don't think I will run or workout this weekend, I really don't feel too good.. my tummy really hurts)

DAY 2(Saturday)

My tummy's still misbehaving.... it was hard to eat.

Crunchy Bran and a Chopped up banana(No milk cos of my tummy)
Points: 4

Lunch
Ham sandwich
Points: 5.5

Dinner
Corn on the Cob and Chips(Nandos)
Points: 7.5

DAY 3(Sunday)
My tummy was a problem today so I struggled to eat..

Egg sandwich

Plantain and chicken

DAY 4(Monday)
Tummy seemed to be okay this morning then felt weird in the evening

Plantain(chopped up and cooked with chopped tomatoes and mixed veg) and chicken(cooked with bell peppers and spices)
Points: 6

Dinner
Cereal(lol, was tired)

Green and Blacks Dark chocolate(1 row): 1.5 pt

DAY 5(Tuesday)

**EXCUSE: I had a semi stressful day so I knew I wanted to treat myself to a huge mug of Milo and some biscuits(only 2, lol)**
Quavers: 1.5 pt
2 Ginger Nut biscuits: 1.5 pt
Milo(in a huge mug): 5 pts
2 Nectarines: 1 pt
2 Oranges: 1 pt

TOTAL: 24.5(So what? LOL!)

DAY 7(Wednesday)

**Weigh In Day**
Yay!!! I stayed the same! LOL! I am a clown aren't I? I think I am happy with how I look now... another 5lbs is MAXXX! So if I stay the same or lose 0.5lb in one week, that means I am maintaining my weight :-)

I sent pics to my friends and they're all saying I am skinny... lol! One of them said, "Your neck's skinny"... that's a sign... time to slow it down, then stop. This is only the beginning... the real work will be maintaining my weight...

I'll be good today, tomorrow and Friday because I am going out to eat Thai food on Saturday... I love good food so I am looking forward to it.

Look at you, I'm away for a little while and you've gone and lost all your weight, who is gonna support me now, lol, but seriously you've done so well, here's to maybe maintainance. As for me I'm good but haven't run since week 5, found out there was more to my feeling weak all the time, but I'm good now and looking forward to continuing the journey.
