Who sent me? I did a different Taebo advanced on Saturday and my abs are on fire... 2 days after!
And... yes - I am going back to that DVD next week Monday :-)
I exercised 4 times last week :-) I think that'll be my target for each week now.
Race week... So plan:
Mon: rest, 3 sets of 20 lunges this evening
Tue: 30 minute jog in the morning
Wed: Taebo basic
Thur: Interval training
Fri: rest, lunges
Sat: Race day :-)

I guess I'm supposed to say, Furst!!!!! and do a jig around my living room and all that but I wont. Just to encourage you to continue with your exercise.
I am with you. I started working out last week monday. I have lost nothing but i am not giving up...
However , now I am always hungry but I feel more energetic.
I have given up soda...or let me say that I am trying to....
*sigh* u r my inspiration. How do u do it?
